Once you place your order you are unable to cancel it. You can return it - please refer to our returns policy at the bottom of the website.

If your product was delivered damaged, please contact us at hello@evreselfcare.com and provide a photo of the damaged product and box that it came in. On confirmation of your email, we will arrange to have the product collected and the damaged product replaced.

If your product is missing, please first check around your property and with your neighbours. If it can not be found, please contact us at hello@evreselfcare.com and we will try and track your parcel through our shipping provider.

We cannot send a new product until the original has been confirmed missing. We are unable to assist for damaged and missing products outside the 14 day return policy timeframe, and without a photo of the broken or damaged product.

Yes! This is a great idea. Just make sure you enter the details of who are sending the gift to during the checkout process. We don't do gift boxes or personalised cards.

Our promise to you is that we will never test on animals (we only test on our friends and family). All our products are vegan except for the honey that we use in our Mānuka Honey & Vitamin E Face Moisturizer. All products are certified Cruelty Free through the Leaping Bunny certification process.

All of our products (except for our Watermelon & Rose Face Mist) contains cetearyl alcohol (derived from wheat).

People with nut allergies are sensitive to the protein element within the nut. When nuts are expressed to obtain oil, there is little to no presence of protein. There is also no evidence that these allergens can be absorbed via the skin as they are too big to pass through. However, there is always the possibility that someone might react. We use sweet almond oil in the products - Pineapple & Coconut Cleanser.

No soy is used in our formulations.

Our manufacturing facility uses a variety of ingredients and we cannot guarantee allergy free status on any product. We recommend that if you do have a sensitivity to wheat, nuts or soy that you do a patch test first and/or consult with your medical practitioner before using any new skincare product. Please discontinue use if you experience any irritation.

If you have a gluten sensitivity, we cannot guarantee that the raw materials and ingredients we use across the range are 100% gluten free. However, we do not add any gluten in our formulations. We recommend that if you have a sensitivity that you do a patch test first or consult with your medical practitioner before using any new skincare product. Please discontinue use if you are experiencing any irritation.

It isn't our thing to put in any questionable ingredients into our products. We choose to leave out known endocrine disruptors, talcs, parabens, silicones, sulfates (SLS/SLES), phthalate, mineral oils, petrochemicals, PEGs and synthetic preservatives, fragrance and colors.

We use only 100% natural fragrance in our products and have tried to develop them to be as low allergen as possible. All our fragrances are of the highest standard, made in Grasse in France. The fragrance ingredients are sustainably sourced and have been reviewed for safe use by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) based on toxicological research. We only include a small percentage (under 1%) of fragrance in our formulations. This is well under the maximum safe level calculated by the IFRA. We choose to use fragrance as we believe that a beautiful smelling product is part of a good self-care ritual.

Products sold in the USA are made in Utah USA.

We recommend storing our products out of direct sunlight in a cool, dark place. Lids should always be closed after use and the bottle stored upright.

We only use 100% natural preservatives in our products. Preservatives are a good thing and are important in skincare formulations. They stop the growth of potentially harmful bacteria and mould - something that you certainly do not want to be putting on your skin! In our range we use three different natural preservative ingredients; sodium benzoate, dehydroacetic acid and benzyl alcohol. We use our preservative in concentrations less than 0.8% which is both safe and effective. Our preservatives are mild, biodegradable and naturally occurring in many fruits and plants such as jasmine, hyacinth and ylang ylang.

We believe it's important to have the freshest product possible - especially when using natural ingredients. For this reason we always make small batch runs of our products. The shelf life of the products vary, and the expiration date is printed on the box packaging. On the primary packaging (the plastic tub, tube, bottle) there is a pottle symbol which says how long a product will last for once opened. Most of our products have an expiry date of 12 months from opening.

We would love to make a sunscreen! We are strong advocates for the daily use of sunscreen. We recommend that it is applied after you moisturize in the morning and reapplied throughout the day. Through our research we have discovered that no palm free sunscreen ingredients existed. You can imagine our huge disappointment at this! As sunscreen is so important, we will continue on our quest to find palm free sunscreen ingredients however this will take time and lots of testing (and so it should). So please sign up for our newsletter and be the first to know when we launch!

Our products are nourishing and gentle. They are good for all skin types because they have a balanced PH and work to help protect the skin's barrier. They have been made specifically for younger skin. If you have a specific skin condition, we recommend that you consult with your medical practitioner first. We do recommend that you patch test any new skincare products in an unseen area of the body before using on your face. Sometimes when using new skincare you can go through a flare up, if this happens, ease off and let it settle before introducing the product slowly into your regime.

We also left out strong essential oils or ingredients that may aggravate. We do however recommend that you patch test any new skincare products in an unseen area of the body before using on your face. We would love it if you did! However, you know your skin best and what works best for you. Our products work well on their own, with other skincare products or as part of a wider regime using all the products in the evre. range.

Evre. products are good for acne, if you have oily skin and persistent acne we do recommend our specific acne products. which are formulated to treat acne. If you are concerned about your skin we recommend that you firstly contact your medical practitioner for advice on the best treatment options.

Wherever possible we try to make the most sustainable choices for our packaging. All our bottles are made from either 30% or 100% Post-Consumer-Renewable (PCR) plastic and our tubes are made from renewable sugarcane plastic.  The pumps, misters and caps on our 100ml bottle are made from PP plastic and the seal on the tubs are made from HDPE plastic. At this stage we are unable to source these in PCR plastic but are always looking out for better alternatives. We work with suppliers who are committed to the environment and seeking eco-friendly production methods. We are very excited that we are working towards being a B Corp Certified company.
