Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your evre. purchase. At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any change of mind purchases made on www.us.evreselfcare.com.

Please double-check your order before placing it, and feel free to contact us at hello@evreselfcare.com if you have any questions or concerns—we’re here to help. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’re happy to talk it through with you.

Damaged and Missing
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

If your product was delivered damaged, please contact us at hello@evreselfcare.com and provide a photo of the damaged product and box that it came in. On confirmation of your email, we will arrange to have the product collected and the damaged product replaced.

If your product is missing, please first check around your property and with your neighbours. If it cannot be found, please contact us at hello@evreselfcare.com and we will try and track your parcel through our shipping provider. 

We cannot send a new product until the original has been confirmed missing. We are unable to assist for damaged and missing products outside the 14 day return policy timeframe, and without a photo of the broken or damaged product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Pricing

evreselfcare.com pricing is in United States Dollar (USD) and includes GST (Goods and Services Tax). 

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Evre Self-Care Inc. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to placing your order. 

AfterPay

AfterPay is available for US customers making one off purchases only and are not eligible for Evre subscriptions.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are not valid in conjunction with sale items on www.us.evreselfcare.com/

Discount codes are only eligible for one-off purchases and are not eligible for subscribe and save orders.
